The
Tenth National Irish Science Fiction Convention
OCTOCON X
Hotel Information
Please note: Pricing taken
from the Bord Fáilte Tourism site.
We are hoping to negotiate
special weekend rates with some of the hotels. Watch this space for updates.
There is a multitude of places to
stay in Dun Laoire. This is partly because the town is a major ferry port town and also
because the tourist trade in the area is most favourable.
| Royal Marine Hotel (4 Star Hotel) |
The most obvious place to stay is at the
convention Hotel itself, the Royal
Marine Hotel. However, it is a 4 Star Hotel and therefore is the most expensive, but
con-goers who have stayed in the Royal Marine before will tell you that it's worth the
cost. |
